The reservation enquiries are handled on first come first serve basis. Once the enquiry is received the information about availability and rate will be advised and the availability will be blocked tentatively for 2 (two) working days. Your definite confirmation is required within 48 hours or the enquiry will automatically be released from our record.
Confirmation will be sent along with the invoice for a 50% deposit payment to secure the booking. The deposit must be received within 5 days after the date of confirmation and the balance is required within 45 days prior to the arrival date in normal season and 90 days in peak season, Christmas and New Year which can be made by Bank Telegraphic Transfer (TT).
A notification of TT is to be sent to us along with the copy of remittance slip to enable us in verifying it in our bank account. Any bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the guest and Bali Signature Villas should receive full amount as states in the Invoice. The reservation is definitely confirmed once the deposit is received.
The rental rates are quoted according to the Season period, namely "Low" High and "Peak" season period. These seasonal dates are varies from one villas to the others. From these seasons, the minimum of stays are applied.
A minimum of 3 (three) nights' stay is applied in low season period, 5 (five) nights in high season period and 7 (seven) nights in peak season period. Shorter period of stay might be considered on case by case basis.
A maximum number of occupants are applied depending on the size and number of bedrooms of the villa's.
All deposits and full pre-payment are non refundable. In the event of No Show the payments are also non-refundable.
Our official checked in time is 14:00 hours and checked out time is at 12:00 noon. A late checked out request will be accommodated based on the availability. There is a 50% charged for the extension of stay until 18:00 hours and full night rental charge for the extension of stay after 18:00 hours.
We strongly recommend that you take out a comprehensive insurance to protect you and all those that accompanying you for the full time of your visit against illness, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellations and other travel contingencies. We also strongly recommend a health insurance that covers medical evacuation for emergencies. Responsibility
Please be advised that guests are responsible for any damage to the villa property or for any extra charges incurred. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay at one of the BSV's villa collection or during your participation in any activities during your visit to Bali. We will not accept responsibility for any delay, or inconvenience which may be caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of international flights, civil disturbance, fire, flood, unusual severe weather, acts of government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment. We will please ask you to settle all outstanding or damage payments before departure.
